These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SkillTask platform operated by Smartlabs OÜ (registry code 16809850), registered at Tornimäe tn 7-26, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10145. biuro@skilltask.pl

SkillTask is an online marketplace that connects clients seeking services with independent service providers. The platform facilitates discovery, communication, and transactions between parties.

Service Providers using the platform act as independent contractors. The platform does not employ, supervise, or control Service Providers. No employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship is created by use of the platform.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Any agreement for services is concluded directly between the Client and the Service Provider. The platform is not a party to these agreements and accepts no liability arising from them.

The platform may charge fees for use of certain features, including but not limited to:

• Lead fees
• Subscription fees
• Featured listing fees
• Payment processing fees

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Service Providers authorise the platform to deduct applicable platform fees from payments collected on their behalf before remittance.

Users may leave reviews and ratings. All reviews must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content. The platform reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

The platform is not responsible for the performance, safety, legality, or quality of services provided by Service Providers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
